By accessing and using Scylla Digital's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. All custom work developed specifically for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scylla Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Scylla Digital in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
